Sam Slater is a freelance Creative Technologist from Bristol, currently exploring the idea of expatriotism in the age of Cameron. He works particularly closely with grass-roots arts and music projects, utilising 10 years of web design experience to create particularly effective web design for projects that deserve much more than the templates they are often forced into.
He designed onedaydayone.org/resilience in conjunction with London based graphic designer Andrew James Simon in attempt to communicate a positive, green-focussed design without relying on the Green+White design tropes of equivalent projects, favouring instead warm hues, an open design and a strong vertical flow.
